Lot of fragrances is being introduced every year like the floral, fruit, ocean, green, oriental,
chype. While choosing a perfume know your skin type, the smell and the climate. The season plays a predominant role while selecting a perfume. In winter lighter scent can be applied but in summer a stronger scent will do. In winter, the cold will prevent the alcohol to evaporate from the body. But during summer the heat in the body will absorb the alcohol.For different occasions different fragrance can be applied. Like for a wedding occasion, woody or oriental scent can be applied. While going to the gym never apply the perfume but instead use a deodorant. The different types of perfume that can be used by a woman are eau de toilette, eau de parfum and eau de cologne. More the amount of essential oils it has, longer it lasts and is more expensive. Eau de cologne has 4% of essential oils and eau de toilette has 8 to 15% of essential oils. As the essential oils content is less, it is less expensive and lasts for only 2 hours. Eau de perfume has 15 to 22% of essential oils. It is a bit more expensive than eau de cologne and eau de toilette as it has more amount of essential oil. It lasts for about 3 to 5 hours.

or more than 6 hours. While buying and applying the perfume certain things have to be kept in mind. Try to keep the perfume in a cool place not exposed to sunlight. Apply the perfume in inner wrists, behind the knee and near the ears Apply a bit and see is it allergic to your body. Don't apply it on clothes. Wear stronger scent in winter and lighter scent in summer. Once the bottle of the perfume is opened use it within two years as air starts entering the bottle.Men prefer to apply after shave and deodorant mostly. But now times are changing and men
have started applying cologne. There are different ways through which shaving can be done. The basic step that is followed by men is they wake up in the morning, then take a shower, then apply the shaving cream, shave and at last apply after shave lotion or cologne. The shaving blade might have some harmful bacteria. This is not the way shaving should be done. The correct way of doing it is wake up in the morning, take a shower, then apply alcohol on the unshaven area, and then do the shaving , at last apply the after shave lotion or cologne.
